At Lakewood Apartments, we are pet-friendly and want to meet these important members of your family. Pets may be dogs or cats. We do not have any breed restrictions for dogs at this time.

We allow dogs and cats upon approval
There is a limit of 3 pets per apartment
We are proud to be a Haslett Apartment that accepts all breeds! No restrictions.

Pet Fees

Non-Refundable due at Lease Signing

$200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for one pet
Additional $100 Non-Refundable Pet Fee for second pet
$30 per pet per month

Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview.” We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four-footed ones! If you have questions about our pet policy, please contact our office staff.
